Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add fresh and canned tomato puree, mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.· Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till oil separates.· Strain the mixture into another non-stick pan and place it on heat.
