Check out the recipe below & dive into cheesy delight RN!Ingredients for naan dough👉 All purpose flour - 250 grams👉 Baking powder - 1 teaspoon👉 Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon👉 Salt - 1/2 teaspoon👉 Cumin - 1 teaspoon👉 Yogurt - 30 grams👉 Water - 150 milliliters👉 Oil - 2 teaspoonsIngredients for Mixture👉 Oil - 2 tablespoons👉 Cumin - 1 teaspoon👉 Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons👉 Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons👉 Green chili - 2 teaspoons👉 Onions - 60 grams👉 Tomato - 65 grams👉 Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon👉 Red chili - 1 teaspoon👉 Salt - 1 teaspoon👉 Boiled chicken- 150 grams👉 Water - 50 milliliters👉 Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon👉 Coriander - 1 tablespoon👉 Butter - 70 grams👉 Tandoori masala - 2 teaspoons👉 Black sesame - 1 teaspoon👉 Processed cheeseOther ingredients👉 Oil for fryingMethod👉 In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 30 grams yogurt, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough. 👉 Add 2 teaspoons oil and tuck the dough well. 👉 Rest the dough for 30 minutes.👉 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons green chili and stir for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.👉 Then add 60 grams onions and tomato , fry till translucent.👉 Add turmeric , chilli powder, salt ,boiled chicken (shredded chicken) and other ingredients cook for 5 mins👉 Add water cook for few more minutes and finish with lemon juice and coriander leaves, remove the mixture add cheese.👉 Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour. 👉 Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin and add the prepared chicken mixture on it. How to make Avacado Kalakand Ingredients- 250 grated Paneer 3⁄4 cup Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 1⁄4 cup chopped Nuts 1 tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Avocado puréed Method- 1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed, mash the avocado to a smooth purée and keep aside. 2. Next heat ghee in a kadai and fry the nuts for 2 mins, then add the avocado purée and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat to dry up the purée. 3. Next add the paneer condensed milk, cardamom and keep cooking for 5-6 mins . 4. Once the mixture comes together and the ghee starts to separate, take it off the heat . 5. Now take a lined baking tray and sprinkle some of the chopped nuts at the bottom. 6. Now spoon in the kalakand mixture on the top and flatten the surface. 7. Cut out roundels with a medium sized cookie cutter. Place some mince mixture in the centre of each roundel, apply water on the edges and bring the sides together.· Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes. Take them off the heat.· To make the gravy, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add butter and let it melt. Add cloves, green cardamoms, and mace, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add fresh and canned tomato puree, mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.· Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till oil separates.· Strain the mixture into another non-stick pan and place it on heat.
