How to make Tiramisu Barfi. Ingredients- 4 cup Powdered Milk 6 tbsp desi Ghee 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Coffee Powder 2 tbsp chopped Nuts For the Cream- 4 tbsp mascarpone Cheese 1 ½. Cup Whipped Cream 1 tbsp Dark Rum Or Brandy For Garnish- Cocoa powder for dusting Almond, Pistachio for garnish Method- 1. In a large pan, heat the ghee along with sugar and milk, mix well till the sugar dissolves. 2. Now add the coffee powder, & powdered milk and cook the mixture for 30 min on medium low heat till a soft dough is formed. 3. Transfer the dough to glass casserole and flatten the surface using a parchment paper, sprinkle with some chopped nuts and press them down. 4. Let this sit at room temperature for 15 mins. 5. Now in another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream & dark rum till stiff peaks. 6. Transfer this to a piping bag and pipe dollops of this on top of the barfi using a star nozzle. 7.
