In a large bowl, whisk in all the wet ingredients along with the sugar till combined, then add the dry ingredients and fold into a smooth batter 2. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and bake at 175C for 30-35 mins. 3. Once baked, let the cake come to room temperature. 4.
