Home Centre|Furniture Store - Viman Nagar

Dear Home Centre Store Management, I am writing to share my feedback and express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received from two of your team members, Shraddha and Shantaram, during my recent shopping visit. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and delightful. Shraddha was extremely patient, thoughtful, and insightful in guiding me through the store, offering excellent suggestions, and helping me pick out the perfect home decor items. Shantaram was equally amazing—he went above and beyond by taking care of all the heavy lifting, carrying items, and making sure everything was handled with care throughout the entire trip. Their coordinated team effort and end-to-end assistance made what could have been a tiring shopping trip completely hassle-free and memorable. People like Shraddha and Shantaram represent the gold standard of customer service, and they are a true asset to your store. Please convey my personal thanks and appreciation to both of them for a job fantastically well done!
