How to make Afghani Lettuce Cups Ingredients- For the Paneer marination 250 gm Paneer ¼ cup Coriander Leaves 15-18 Mint Leaves 1 small Onion 2 Green Chillies 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp Dahi 2 tbsp Fresh Cream 2 tbsp Grated Cheese Salt to taste 1 tbsp Kauri Methi 2 tbsp Cashew Paste 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder 2 tsp Chaat Masala 2 tsp Garamond Masala 1 tsp Cumin Powder Other Ingredients- 10-12 butter Lettuce Leaves 2 tbsp pickled Red Chillies Method- 1. Cut the paneer into 1 inch rectangular pieces and keep aside. 2. Take all the ingredients for the marination in a mixer jar and grind to paste. 3. Add the paneer to this and mix well, marinade for 20 mins 4. Next heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer for 2 mins on each side and remove. 5. In the same pan heat some water and then add the rest of the marination masala, add 2 tbsp of fresh cream and mix well, bring this to a boil and remove off the heat once thick. 6. How to make Thai Chicken Tikka Ingredients- For Marination- 2 chicken breasts (sliced) 1 tbsp Thai Curry Paste ¼ cup Coconut Cream Salt to taste 1 tbsp began 3 tbsp Mustard Oil 1 cups Onion petals 1 cup Capsicum large dice 1 cup Tomatoes large dice 1 tbsp chopped Coriander Other ingredients- 4 Satay Sticks Method- 1. Take all the ingredients for the marination in a bowl & add the sliced chicken breast to it. 2. Add the cut onions, capsicum, tomatoes & coriander and mix well. 3. Marinate this for 20 mins. 4. Now skewer the tikkas on the satay stick and grill on hot pan for 5 mins on each side. 5. How to make Tiramisu Barfi. Ingredients- 4 cup Powdered Milk 6 tbsp desi Ghee 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Coffee Powder 2 tbsp chopped Nuts For the Cream- 4 tbsp mascarpone Cheese 1 ½. Cup Whipped Cream 1 tbsp Dark Rum Or Brandy For Garnish- Cocoa powder for dusting Almond, Pistachio for garnish Method- 1. In a large pan, heat the ghee along with sugar and milk, mix well till the sugar dissolves. 2. Now add the coffee powder, & powdered milk and cook the mixture for 30 min on medium low heat till a soft dough is formed. 3. Transfer the dough to glass casserole and flatten the surface using a parchment paper, sprinkle with some chopped nuts and press them down. 4. Let this sit at room temperature for 15 mins. 5. Now in another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream & dark rum till stiff peaks. 6. Transfer this to a piping bag and pipe dollops of this on top of the barfi using a star nozzle. 7.
