1. The decision of the judge(s) shall be final and binding and no correspondence regarding the same will be entertained.
2. The winner must be available in Kolkata on 11th September to participate in the activity. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 8 hours, or is unable to participate on the specified date, another winner may be selected.
3. The winner will be contacted via the details provided during participation. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and accessible.
4. In case the selected winner is unable to meet the eligibility or participation requirements, the organisers reserve the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner at their sole discretion
