- Refund timelines depend on how you paid: Card / UPI / Net Banking — Refund is initiated within 2–7 business days of the quality check, after which your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit. Cash payments — You can choose an instant credit to My Account or a Credit Note valid for 6 months for use on homecentre.in. Digital wallets — Refunds are credited back to the original wallet used.
- You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Registered users — Go to Order Details in My Account, select the items to cancel, and click "Cancel selected items." Guest users — Call 1800-212-7500 and our team will process the cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive and refuse delivery. For Click & Collect orders, unaccepted items will be held at the store for 14 days before a return and refund is initiated. Cancellations during sale periods are also accepted. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.
- Most household products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. The following items are non-returnable: Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Dhurries, Rugs, Polyester Door Mats, Table Linen, and Kitchen Linen. Furniture that has been delivered cannot be returned. All tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards must be included with the return.
