Check out the recipe below & dive into cheesy delight RN!Ingredients for naan dough👉 All purpose flour - 250 grams👉 Baking powder - 1 teaspoon👉 Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon👉 Salt - 1/2 teaspoon👉 Cumin - 1 teaspoon👉 Yogurt - 30 grams👉 Water - 150 milliliters👉 Oil - 2 teaspoonsIngredients for Mixture👉 Oil - 2 tablespoons👉 Cumin - 1 teaspoon👉 Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons👉 Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons👉 Green chili - 2 teaspoons👉 Onions - 60 grams👉 Tomato - 65 grams👉 Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon👉 Red chili - 1 teaspoon👉 Salt - 1 teaspoon👉 Boiled chicken- 150 grams👉 Water - 50 milliliters👉 Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon👉 Coriander - 1 tablespoon👉 Butter - 70 grams👉 Tandoori masala - 2 teaspoons👉 Black sesame - 1 teaspoon👉 Processed cheeseOther ingredients👉 Oil for fryingMethod👉 In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 30 grams yogurt, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough. 👉 Add 2 teaspoons oil and tuck the dough well. 👉 Rest the dough for 30 minutes.👉 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons green chili and stir for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.👉 Then add 60 grams onions and tomato , fry till translucent.👉 Add turmeric , chilli powder, salt ,boiled chicken (shredded chicken) and other ingredients cook for 5 mins👉 Add water cook for few more minutes and finish with lemon juice and coriander leaves, remove the mixture add cheese.👉 Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour. 👉 Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin and add the prepared chicken mixture on it. Flour 1 ½ cup Ajwain 1 tsp Ghee 2 tsp Water 8-10 tbsp 100gm Sev 3-4 Green Chilli Imli Chutney Yoghurt and sour cheam sauce 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Sour Cream 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 Lime squeezed For Guacamole - 3 Avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed 1 Lime, juiced 1 teaspoon Salt 2 Tomatoes, diced ½ cup Onion, diced 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro 1 teaspoon minced Garlic Method- Assemble all the papdi in the platter Mix yoghurt and sour cream with all other ingredients and keep them aside. Take mashed avocado with onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice and mix them gently . How to make Avacado Kalakand Ingredients- 250 grated Paneer 3⁄4 cup Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 1⁄4 cup chopped Nuts 1 tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Avocado puréed Method- 1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed, mash the avocado to a smooth purée and keep aside. 2. Next heat ghee in a kadai and fry the nuts for 2 mins, then add the avocado purée and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat to dry up the purée. 3. Next add the paneer condensed milk, cardamom and keep cooking for 5-6 mins . 4. Once the mixture comes together and the ghee starts to separate, take it off the heat . 5. Now take a lined baking tray and sprinkle some of the chopped nuts at the bottom. 6. Now spoon in the kalakand mixture on the top and flatten the surface. 7. Add the paneer to this and mix well, marinade for 20 mins 4. Next heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer for 2 mins on each side and remove. 5.
