How to make Afghani Lettuce Cups Ingredients- For the Paneer marination 250 gm Paneer ¼ cup Coriander Leaves 15-18 Mint Leaves 1 small Onion 2 Green Chillies 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp Dahi 2 tbsp Fresh Cream 2 tbsp Grated Cheese Salt to taste 1 tbsp Kauri Methi 2 tbsp Cashew Paste 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder 2 tsp Chaat Masala 2 tsp Garamond Masala 1 tsp Cumin Powder Other Ingredients- 10-12 butter Lettuce Leaves 2 tbsp pickled Red Chillies Method- 1. Cut the paneer into 1 inch rectangular pieces and keep aside. 2. Take all the ingredients for the marination in a mixer jar and grind to paste. 3. Add the paneer to this and mix well, marinade for 20 mins 4. Next heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer for 2 mins on each side and remove. 5. In the same pan heat some water and then add the rest of the marination masala, add 2 tbsp of fresh cream and mix well, bring this to a boil and remove off the heat once thick. 6.
