- Returns can be made in three ways: 1. Online — Go to Order History in My Account, select items to return, and submit a request. Pack and hand them to our courier partner with the invoice. Refunds are credited within 2–7 business days. 2. In-store — Bring the product in original packaging with your invoice to any Home Centre store. Staff will process your return on the spot. 3. Pickup request — Call 1800-212-7500 to schedule a doorstep pickup. Refunds follow within 2–7 business days after inspection.
- Refund timelines depend on how you paid: Card / UPI / Net Banking — Refund is initiated within 2–7 business days of the quality check, after which your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit. Cash payments — You can choose an instant credit to My Account or a Credit Note valid for 6 months for use on homecentre.in. Digital wallets — Refunds are credited back to the original wallet used.
- It’s easy. Here’s what you need to do: If you’ve signed in to your account: Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section. Click on the order from which you want to cancel products. Select the specific products you wish to cancel. Click ‘Cancel selected items’. That’s it! You’re done. If you’re a guest user: Call us on 1800-212-7500 and we'll help you cancel your order. Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. If your order has already been dispatched, then wait for it to arrive and refuse to accept the delivery. For Click & Collect orders, if your products have already been dispatched, they will be held at the store for 14 days, after which your return and refund will be initiated.
- Direct exchanges are not available. However, you can return the product to any Home Centre store and use the refund to purchase a different item immediately. Refunds are processed based on your original payment method — card refunds go back to the card, and cash payments can be refunded as a store Credit Note or to your account wallet.
- You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on HomeCentre.com as long as you do so before it has been processed. If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery. Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale. Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet after we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
- We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. Except Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Dhurries, Rugs, Polyester Door mats, Table Linen and Kitchen linen other household products are Non-Returnable. We do not accept return of any furniture item/s that has been delivered. Please return your household products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
- We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to first cancel your order - either online from your account (if you're a registered user) or by calling us on 1800-212-7500 (if you're a guest user). You can then place a new order with the corrected address.

- Yes, the Cash on Delivery limit depends on your delivery address and your Pincode. Get in touch with our customer support team at 1800-212-7500 to know the exact COD limit for your Pincode. You can also opt to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking or Wallets.
- No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. Octroi or sales tax is borne by Home Centre. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- Yes, EMI options are available on eligible purchases above ₹3,000 through participating banks and payment partners. EMI approval is subject to your bank's terms and eligibility criteria. For in-store purchases, speak to a store associate at the billing counter for available EMI plans.
