How to make Avacado Kalakand Ingredients- 250 grated Paneer 3⁄4 cup Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 1⁄4 cup chopped Nuts 1 tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Avocado puréed Method- 1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed, mash the avocado to a smooth purée and keep aside. 2. Next heat ghee in a kadai and fry the nuts for 2 mins, then add the avocado purée and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat to dry up the purée. 3. Next add the paneer condensed milk, cardamom and keep cooking for 5-6 mins . 4. Once the mixture comes together and the ghee starts to separate, take it off the heat . 5. Now take a lined baking tray and sprinkle some of the chopped nuts at the bottom. 6. Now spoon in the kalakand mixture on the top and flatten the surface. 7.
