How to make Samosa Jalapeños PoppersIngredientsFor the filling-2 tbsp Veg Oil1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp Coriander SeedsPinch of Hing1 tbsp chopped Ginger1/14 tsp Chilli Powder1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder1/4 tsp Coriander Powder2 large, boiled Potatoes2 tsp chopped CorianderSalt to taste1 tsp Chaat Masala¼ tsp Amchur Powder For the batter-½ cup Maida½ cup Rice Flour2 tbsp Corn-Starch Other ingredientsOil for frying Method1. Heat oil in a pan and fry all Coriander and cumin seeds for 10 seconds followed by all the spices, fry the spices for 15 seconds.2. Mix the spices with mashed potatoes along with chopped fresh coriander, amchur and chaat masala.3. Cut the jalapeños chillies in half and scrape out the seeds.4. Stuff the chillies with the potato mixture and chill it for 15 mins.5. Prepare the batter, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and deep fry till crispy and golden.6.
