- You can return your products in three easy ways. Request a return online Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request. Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account within 2-7 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account. Guest users who have paid by cash will receive a Credit Note. Return to Store Wrap your products (except furniture) in their original shipping packaging and bring them along with your invoice to any Home Centre or combined Home Centre and Lifestyle store. Hand over your return - an authorised staff member will take your package. After we check your returns, we'll process your refund. If you’ve paid by cash, you can ask for a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account. If you’ve paid by card, you can receive a refund to your card or opt for a Credit Note. If you've used PayPal, you can ask for a PayPal refund or a Credit Note. Call for a pick-up Call us at 1800-212-7500 to schedule a pick-up time and location. Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account or PayPal account within 2-7 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you can opt for a transfer to your bank account or a refund to My Credit in your account. If you’re a guest user, you will receive a Credit Note.
- After we check your returns, we'll approve your refund accordingly. If you’ve paid by card or NetBanking, your bank may take 2-7 additional business days to process the transaction. If you've paid by cash, you have two choices: You can opt for an instant refund to My Credit in your account (if you're a registered user) or a Credit Note (if you're a guest user). Credit Notes are usually emailed to you within 48 hours of the quality check. You can call our Customer Service team and request a bank transfer. You’ll need to fill in your bank details on the form emailed to you. It will then take us an additional 3 days to transfer the amount to your bank account. If you've paid for your order by Landmark Rewards, you'll receive a Credit Note or My Credit refund. If you've opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet. The Omni Credit Note you receive when you return to store is issued by Qwikcilver. This voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used to shop Lifestyle, Max or Home Centre products online or in-store. Credit Notes you receive when you return a product by placing an online return request or by calling for a pick-up, are for one-time use and valid only for 6 months. They can be used to shop Home Centre products online.
- It’s easy. Here’s what you need to do: If you’ve signed in to your account: Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section. Click on the order from which you want to cancel products. Select the specific products you wish to cancel. Click ‘Cancel selected items’. That’s it! You’re done. If you’re a guest user: Call us on 1800-212-7500 and we'll help you cancel your order. Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. If your order has already been dispatched, then wait for it to arrive and refuse to accept the delivery. For Click & Collect orders, if your products have already been dispatched, they will be held at the store for 14 days, after which your return and refund will be initiated.
- No, but you’ll be able to return products to a Home Centre or combined Home Centre and Lifestyle store and use your cash refund to buy a new product right away. However, you'll only receive a cash refund if you'd paid for your order by cash. If you’ve paid by card, wallet or NetBanking, your refund will be processed accordingly. You can also opt for an Omni Credit Note which is valid for 1 year and can be spent online or in-store at Lifestyle, Max or Home Centre.
- You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on HomeCentre.com as long as you do so before it has been processed. If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery. Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale. Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet after we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
- We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. Except Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Dhurries, Rugs, Polyester Door mats, Table Linen and Kitchen linen other household products are Non-Returnable. We do not accept return of any furniture item/s that has been delivered. Please return your household products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
- We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to first cancel your order - either online from your account (if you're a registered user) or by calling us on 1800-212-7500 (if you're a guest user). You can then place a new order with the corrected address.
- Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order.
- Yes, the Cash on Delivery limit depends on your delivery address and your Pincode. Get in touch with our customer support team at 1800-212-7500 to know the exact COD limit for your Pincode. You can also opt to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking or Wallets.
- No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. Octroi or sales tax is borne by Home Centre. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- Orders above Rs.3,000 and above are eligible for an EMI payment. Your card issuing bank or payment partner has the discretion to either approve or reject an order placed using the EMI payment option on the basis of your eligibility. If your bank or payment partner rejects your request,you can approach your bank or payment partner to understand why the EMI was not approved. In such cases, you can choose to cancel your order.
