How to make Avacado Kalakand Ingredients- 250 grated Paneer 3â„4 cup Condensed Milk 2 tbsp Ghee 1â„4 cup chopped Nuts 1 tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Avocado puréed Method- 1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed, mash the avocado to a smooth purée and keep aside. 2. Next heat ghee in a kadai and fry the nuts for 2 mins, then add the avocado purée and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat to dry up the purée. 3. Next add the paneer condensed milk, cardamom and keep cooking for 5-6 mins . 4. Once the mixture comes together and the ghee starts to separate, take it off the heat . 5. Now take a lined baking tray and sprinkle some of the chopped nuts at the bottom. 6. Now spoon in the kalakand mixture on the top and flatten the surface. 7. How to make Kesar Pista Tres Leches Ingredients- For the Cake Batter- 1 cup Milk 3 tbsp Dahi ½ cup Sugar 3 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 ½ cup Refined Flour 2 tbsp Kesar Pista Mix Pinch of Saffron ½ tsp Cardamom Powder For the Sweetened Milk Base- 1 cup Milk 1 cup Fresh Cream 5 tbsp Condensed Milk Pinch of Saffron 2 tbsp Kesar Pista Mix For Garnish- 1 ½ cup Whipped Cream Chopped Pistachios Dried Rose Petals Method- 1. In a large bowl, whisk in all the wet ingredients along with the sugar till combined, then add the dry ingredients and fold into a smooth batter 2. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and bake at 175C for 30-35 mins. 3. Once baked, let the cake come to room temperature. 4. Cut the paneer into 1 inch rectangular pieces and keep aside. 2. Take all the ingredients for the marination in a mixer jar and grind to paste. 3. Add the paneer to this and mix well, marinade for 20 mins 4. Next heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer for 2 mins on each side and remove. 5. In the same pan heat some water and then add the rest of the marination masala, add 2 tbsp of fresh cream and mix well, bring this to a boil and remove off the heat once thick. 6. How to make Tiramisu Barfi. Ingredients- 4 cup Powdered Milk 6 tbsp desi Ghee 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Coffee Powder 2 tbsp chopped Nuts For the Cream- 4 tbsp mascarpone Cheese 1 ½. Cup Whipped Cream 1 tbsp Dark Rum Or Brandy For Garnish- Cocoa powder for dusting Almond, Pistachio for garnish Method- 1. In a large pan, heat the ghee along with sugar and milk, mix well till the sugar dissolves. 2. Now add the coffee powder, & powdered milk and cook the mixture for 30 min on medium low heat till a soft dough is formed. 3. Transfer the dough to glass casserole and flatten the surface using a parchment paper, sprinkle with some chopped nuts and press them down. 4. Let this sit at room temperature for 15 mins. 5. Now in another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream & dark rum till stiff peaks. 6.
