This holi give a twist to your sweet treats, Here is a fusion take on Papdi Chaat How to make Mexican Papdi Chaat.  Flour 1 ½ cup  Ajwain 1 tsp  Ghee 2 tsp  Water 8-10 tbsp  100gm Sev  3-4 Green Chilli  Imli Chutney Yoghurt and sour cheam sauce  1 cup Yogurt  1 cup Sour Cream  1/2 tsp Cumin Powder  1/2 tsp Chilli Powder  1/4 tsp Salt  1/2 Lime squeezed For Guacamole -  3 Avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed  1 Lime, juiced  1 teaspoon Salt  2 Tomatoes, diced  ½ cup Onion, diced  3 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro  1 teaspoon minced Garlic Method-  Assemble all the papdi in the platter  Mix yoghurt and sour cream with all other ingredients and keep them aside.  Take mashed avocado with onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice and mix them gently .  On top of Papdi add guacamole , imli chutney , yoghurt sour cream sauce and garnish with sev and slice chill. #homecentreindia #fusionfood #festiverecipes #JoyOfCooking #JoyOfHosting #celebrations #holirecipes #homecentreindia #fusionfood #festiverecipes #JoyOfCooking #JoyOfHosting #celebrations #holirecipes

How to make Thai Chicken Tikka Ingredients- For Marination- 2 chicken breasts (sliced) 1 tbsp Thai Curry Paste ¼ cup Coconut Cream Salt to taste 1 tbsp began 3 tbsp Mustard Oil 1 cups Onion petals 1 cup Capsicum large dice 1 cup Tomatoes large dice 1 tbsp chopped Coriander Other ingredients- 4 Satay Sticks Method- 1. Take all the ingredients for the marination in a bowl & add the sliced chicken breast to it. 2. Add the cut onions, capsicum, tomatoes & coriander and mix well. 3. Marinate this for 20 mins. 4. Now skewer the tikkas on the satay stick and grill on hot pan for 5 mins on each side. 5. How to make Tiramisu Barfi. Ingredients- 4 cup Powdered Milk 6 tbsp desi Ghee 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Coffee Powder 2 tbsp chopped Nuts For the Cream- 4 tbsp mascarpone Cheese 1 ½. Cup Whipped Cream 1 tbsp Dark Rum Or Brandy For Garnish- Cocoa powder for dusting Almond, Pistachio for garnish Method- 1. In a large pan, heat the ghee along with sugar and milk, mix well till the sugar dissolves. 2. Now add the coffee powder, & powdered milk and cook the mixture for 30 min on medium low heat till a soft dough is formed. 3. Transfer the dough to glass casserole and flatten the surface using a parchment paper, sprinkle with some chopped nuts and press them down. 4. Let this sit at room temperature for 15 mins. 5. Now in another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream & dark rum till stiff peaks. 6. Transfer this to a piping bag and pipe dollops of this on top of the barfi using a star nozzle. 7.
