How to make Kesar Pista Tres Leches Ingredients- For the Cake Batter- 1 cup Milk 3 tbsp Dahi ½ cup Sugar 3 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 ½ cup Refined Flour 2 tbsp Kesar Pista Mix Pinch of Saffron ½ tsp Cardamom Powder For the Sweetened Milk Base- 1 cup Milk 1 cup Fresh Cream 5 tbsp Condensed Milk Pinch of Saffron 2 tbsp Kesar Pista Mix For Garnish- 1 ½ cup Whipped Cream Chopped Pistachios Dried Rose Petals Method- 1. In a large bowl, whisk in all the wet ingredients along with the sugar till combined, then add the dry ingredients and fold into a smooth batter 2. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and bake at 175C for 30-35 mins. 3. Once baked, let the cake come to room temperature. 4. Now in a bowl add all the ingredients for the milk base and mix well. 5. Pour this over the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour. 6. Demold the cake and pipe with the whipping cream. 7.
