How to make Chana Masala TacosIngredientsFor Tacos-· 10-12 Taco shell·1 slice onion· Coriander leafFor Chana Masala Mix-2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 bay leaf1 cup chopped onions red or white onion1 tablespoon minced ginger 1-inch, grated or minced1 tablespoon minced garlic 3-4 cloves, grated or minced1 cup crushed tomatoes 2 Roma tomatoes, pureed or finely chopped1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon coriander powder1 teaspoons garam masala1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder1 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder) or substitute1 teaspoon lime juice1 teaspoon chaat masala3 cups cooked chickpeas2 cups water Method-Chop ginger, garlic and chilliesHeat the pan, when hot, add oil, cumin seeds and bay leaf. When cumin seeds sizzle, add chopped onions. Sauté 3-4 minutes, until onions soften.Add minced ginger, garlic and chilli sauté another 2 minutes.Add crushed tomato along with the spices listed for chana masala. Stir and cook for a minute.Add cooked chickpeas and water.Close the lid and pressure cook for 5 minutes at high pressure on sealing mode.5 minutes after pressure cooking stir and check for taste.
