How to make Tiramisu Barfi. Ingredients- 4 cup Powdered Milk 6 tbsp desi Ghee 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 tsp Coffee Powder 2 tbsp chopped Nuts For the Cream- 4 tbsp mascarpone Cheese 1 ½. Cup Whipped Cream 1 tbsp Dark Rum Or Brandy For Garnish- Cocoa powder for dusting Almond, Pistachio for garnish Method- 1. In a large pan, heat the ghee along with sugar and milk, mix well till the sugar dissolves. 2. Now add the coffee powder, & powdered milk and cook the mixture for 30 min on medium low heat till a soft dough is formed. 3. Transfer the dough to glass casserole and flatten the surface using a parchment paper, sprinkle with some chopped nuts and press them down. 4. Let this sit at room temperature for 15 mins. 5. Now in another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream & dark rum till stiff peaks. 6. Transfer this to a piping bag and pipe dollops of this on top of the barfi using a star nozzle. 7. Summer Treats- Lychee Mai TaiIngredients1 oz each dark rum and white rum½ oz each amaretto and cointreau (or orange flavored liqueur like triple sec or orange curacao)3 fl oz lychee juice (from 1 can of lychee fruit)5 pcs lychee fruit (from 1 can of lychee fruit)½ limeHandful of ice1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional if you like sweeter drinks)Mint for garnishFestive toothpicks for garnishMethodCombine the lychee fruit and lychee juice in a shaker. Use an immersion blender and blend the lychees so the mixture is smooth (you can also use a regular blender).Add the two rums, cointreau, and amaretto. Squeeze the lime into the shaker, saving the squeezed lime for garnish.  Add the ice and then make sure the top is secure, shake the mixture for a couple of seconds until the drink is cold and frothy. Taste the drink and add a tablespoon of simple syrup if you think it needs it.Pour the Mai Tai into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and then skewer a lychee and the lime shell.
